We are very experienced patent professionals who provide advice about patents in an accessible and affordable manner.  We pride ourselves on providing valuable advice that clients are very happy to pay for.

We do not:

·     Provide free consultations.  You get what you pay for and ‘free consultations’ are not free: they distort the advice of the professional to encourage you to engage them so that they can make a living.  We do not do that. 

·     Charge large or hidden fees.  We only charge pre-agreed, fixed fees. 

·     Exaggerate the patentability of your invention.  We provide honest, straightforward advice.  If you should not patent, we tell you that. 

·     Pretend that a patent will automatically produce wealth.  A patent does not guarantee a successful product.  A successful patent is a monopoly on a product or feature that people want to buy.

·     Broker inventions.  We are not product development or commercialization consultants, invention brokers, or investment advisors.  We do not promise you commercial success with your invention, nor get involved in finding investors or partners for your invention.  

We recognize that intellectual property expertise is expensive, but if something is worth doing, it is worth doing well.  We strive to deliver good advice as cost-effectively as possible.
