Our Policies & Fees for Maintenance Fees

 

Our fee is $150 CDN per maintenance fee paid. Discounts are available for larger volumes. 

We require payment of our fees and government fees in advance. Credit will only be extended in rare cases, and will result in extra charges.

We require instructions to pay maintenance fees 14 days prior to the deadline. Extra charges will apply if instructions are not provided 14 days prior to the deadline.

We provide one reminder, 30 days prior to the deadline.

Extra charges apply to any instructions or payments received after the deadline. 

We strongly encourage payment of the first annual maintenance fee at the time of national entry to save $50 in fees.
