This process starts with a preliminary consultation, at a cost of $500 + GST/HST.  At this stage we will need an explanation from you of the invention and the problem that it solves, and as much information as you can provide about “the prior art” (what has been done before) as you can provide.  At the end of the consultation, we will provide you with  a recommendation as to whether you should proceed, and an estimate of the timeframes and costs.
